One site, gate to container
Paddy arrives from growers across Vidarbha, is milled and sorted on site, tested in our own laboratory, packed in our own bags and stuffed into the container in our own yard. Nothing is subcontracted to a third party between the grower and the seal.
That matters more than it sounds. Every hand-off in a rice supply chain is a place where the specification can quietly change; removing them is the simplest reason our grade holds shipment to shipment.

In-house laboratory testing for moisture, broken percentage, purity and admixture.

Packing
Packing into 5, 10, 25 or 50 kg bags — our mark or yours.

Container
Container stuffing, fumigation and sealing under supervision at the factory.

What the capacity actually buys you
Committed schedules
We can reserve monthly capacity against a contract instead of re-quoting each shipment at whatever the spot market is doing.
Peak season cover
The months when everyone wants a container are exactly when a small mill lets a buyer down. Headroom is the point of it.
Mixed loads
Running several grades in the same week means one container can carry more than one line without a separate booking.
Inside the plant, on film
Unedited footage from the unit at Jugnala — the packing line running, the warehouse, the weighbridge and the loading bay. Nothing here is staged or licensed; it is the plant your container is stuffed in.
Filmed at the mill. Audio removed.
Fifty thousand tonnes of storage

Built on MILLTEC and BUHLER lines
Our two automatic units are built on MILLTEC (Bangalore) and BUHLER (Germany) equipment. The plant is fully stainless steel, with metal detection on the line.
Four warehouses holding 50,000 MT, so paddy can be aged in store before milling rather than run straight off the truck.
