Tested before it is packed, not after
Our laboratory checks every lot for moisture, broken percentage, grain length, purity and admixture before packing begins. Nothing ships until it matches the agreed specification — and when a lot does not match, it is re-milled or held rather than sent and explained afterwards.
- Moisture content, on every lot before packing
- Broken percentage, verified against the contracted grade
- Average grain length and uniformity
- Purity and varietal consistency
- Admixture, foreign matter and damaged grain
- Chalky, discoloured and immature grain after sortex

Milled in Chandrapur. Cleared at your port.
Two milling units, 5,000 MT a month and a documentation pack prepared in full for every shipment — so the container moves without waiting on paperwork.
The credentials behind a shipment
Some of these open a market; the rest keep a container moving once it is there.

Eight controlled stages
Each stage is controlled and recorded, so a question about any shipment can be answered from the file rather than from memory.
- 01
Intake
Paddy arrives from Vidarbha growers we buy from season after season, and is weighed, sampled and moisture-checked before it is accepted.
- 02
Cleaning
Sieving and aspiration remove straw, dust, husk and light foreign matter.
- 03
De-stoning
Density separation removes stones, mud balls and heavy contaminants — the defect buyers notice first.
- 04
Milling
Hulling and whitening to the contracted degree of polish, controlled to hold the broken percentage down.
- 05
Sortex
Optical colour sorting rejects discoloured, chalky and off-spec grains at machine speed.
- 06
Grading
Grain is graded by length and broken content so each bag matches the specification on the invoice.
- 07
Laboratory
The lot is tested against the agreed parameters. It is not packed until the result matches.
- 08
Packing
Filled, weighed, stitched and marked in your chosen bag, then stacked for loading.
What buyers ask about quality
Can we appoint our own inspector?
Yes. SGS or any third-party inspector you nominate is welcome to draw samples and witness loading. Inspection costs are agreed in the contract.
What happens if a shipment is off specification?
It should not reach you — that is what the pre-packing test is for. If it does, we deal with it commercially rather than arguing about the sample: send us the analysis and we will settle it.
Do you keep retained samples?
Yes, sealed samples of each shipped lot are retained so any later question can be checked against what actually left the mill.
