What importers ask
If yours is not here, ask it — the answer will be just as direct.
Ordering
What is your minimum order quantity?
One 20ft container, around 26 MT. If you are testing a market with less than that, ask about LCL — we will tell you honestly whether it is worth doing at your volume.
How do I get a price?
Send the destination port, grade, broken percentage, quantity, packaging and Incoterms. With those six things we can quote firmly within 24 hours; without them any number we give you is guesswork.
What payment terms do you offer?
Letter of credit at sight, or an advance with the balance against shipping documents. Terms are agreed before production and stated on the proforma invoice.
How long does a first order take?
Usually two to three weeks from confirmation to sailing, plus transit. A private-label run adds time for artwork approval and the bag print.
Quality & samples
Can I get a sample first?
Yes, and you should. Tell us the grade and we will send a sample so you can judge the milling yourself rather than take our word for it.
Can you match a sample I am already buying?
Send it to us. We will mill against it, send our own sample back, and state in writing where the two differ before you commit.
What if the shipment does not match the sample?
Every lot is laboratory-tested before packing precisely so that this does not happen. If it does, send us your analysis and we settle it commercially — we retain a sealed sample of every shipped lot for exactly this reason.
Shipping & documents
Which ports do you ship from?
Nhava Sheva, Mundra, Kolkata and Chennai. We pick whichever gives your route the better sailing, not whichever is nearest to us.
Do you quote CIF or only FOB?
Both, plus CFR and EXW. If you are new to importing, CIF to your named port is the simplest place to start.
What documents will I receive?
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, fumigation certificate and a certificate of analysis — with inspection and insurance documents where the terms include them.
Working together
Can we sell under our own brand?
Yes. Private label is a core part of what we do — your artwork, your bag, our rice, with a printed proof before anything runs.
Can we visit the mill?
Please do. Buyers are welcome at the unit in Chandrapur, and our Dubai office will help arrange a visit for Gulf buyers.
Who will we actually be dealing with?
The export team directly, and for anything commercial, the Managing Director. Enquiries do not sit in a queue — that is the main advantage of buying from the mill rather than through a trading desk.
Still deciding? Send us the destination and grade and we will answer with a real number, not a range.

Milled in Chandrapur. Cleared at your port.
Two milling units, 5,000 MT a month and a documentation pack prepared in full for every shipment — so the container moves without waiting on paperwork.
